MANTIVA360 | ONE-DECISION EVALUATION CHECKLIST
Data to Progress.

Purpose: evaluate one project-control decision before considering a broader rollout.
This document is a planning aid, not a booked meeting, implementation commitment or promise of results.

1. DEFINE THE DECISION
What is the question your present status report does not answer?
What upcoming review, acceptance decision or delivery gate makes it relevant?
Use fictional or sanitised material first. Do not include confidential project data.

2. ESTABLISH YOUR CURRENT BASELINE
How do you answer the question today?
How much preparation and manual reconciliation does that take?
Can a second authorised reviewer follow the explanation back to the records?
What is already working well and should be retained?

3. TEST THE MANTIVA360 WORKFLOW
Identify one material finding in the 360 Cockpit.
Inspect the reason, affected records, impact and ownership.
Confirm the configured progress method and the role of supporting evidence.
Keep actual effort, cost, evidence and earned progress distinct.
Identify the authorised person and the governed record that needs correction.
Review the recalculated condition. A completed action is not proof of resolution.

4. TEST THE OPERATING MODEL
Confirm data entry/import methods and refresh cadence.
Confirm owner responsibilities and ongoing administration.
Confirm access boundaries, hosting, retention, audit, support and export needs.
Check any requested external connector rather than assuming it exists.
Check SAP phase mapping where relevant; do not infer automated gate approval.

5. AGREE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA BEFORE THE PILOT
Traceability: can the reviewer explain the status using the permitted records?
Actionability: is there a clear owner, next step and verification condition?
Effort: is the process meaningfully better than the existing baseline?
Governance: do access and operating responsibilities meet your requirements?
Fit: is the added system worth its setup and ongoing maintenance?
Agree your own thresholds. No improvement figure is implied by this checklist.

Outcome: adopt, investigate further or retain the existing process, based on evidence.
